A few days ago S. Moonesamy shared this link about Facebook diagnostics.

Previously on the Mauritius Internet Users mailing list, we did have discussions why Facebook is slow in some regions or whole of Mauritius. Facebook diagnostics page will let its users get a report about their connection and latency details when accessing facebook.com.

I believe if a majority of Facebook users across Mauritius could share their diagnostics report, it might give us an idea whether the ‘latency’ issues are region-wise and could be fixed by the ISP.
